By downloading, installing or using PisoTrack (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the App without prior written permission.

The App, including its code, design and content, is the property of ComputerNerdES and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. ComputerNerdES does not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComputerNerdES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated terms.
